NEXT STEPS AFTER TRYOUTS
GET READY FOR
COMMITMENT DAY
All players must complete the following steps after tryouts to secure their spot for the 2026-2027 season.
STEP BY STEP PROCESS

PLAYER COMMITMENT FORM + USAV MEMBERSHIP
Fill out the player commitment form. Once finished, you will be prompted to select a club, and pay for your USAV/SCSN membership (this is mandatory). Please select NINE91ONE Volleyball Club as your club!

USAV MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
Please download and fill out the attached medical release form below. Bring this form and give it to us on commitment day!

FINANCIAL AGREEMENTS
Please download and fill out the attached financial agreement based on which age group you are. Bring this form and give it to us on commitment day!

NEW ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM
Although payments won't be conducted until Sunday, you can create your online profile now using the instructions provided. This will make processing much easier for you on Sunday! Please download the PDF below for detailed instructions, however the process follows 4 easy steps:
1. Parent creates an account on the NINEONE website (by clicking the profile icon). Completing this will take parents to a dashboard called 'My Family Portal' (You can also find this again by clicking on the profile icon)
2. From the 'Family Portal' - parents click 'complete athlete registration' and fill out their players information. This will create a player profile for them on the family portal, under 'My Players'
3. Now wait! Admin will assign each player to a team. Once your player has been assigned a team, their profile will show as active, and the appropriate billing info will be displayed, with a link to pay your club fees
4. Click the link and pay! Please note that 'remaining balance' may take some time to update, so don't be alarmed if it doesn't update immediately after payment!
